Policies

 Shipping: We are happy to ship via Priority Mail or Fed Ex.

If your package is 13oz or under it will be shipped standard first class mail which can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered to your door step.  If you would prefer priority mail then you can pay an additional $3 to upgrade to priority mail, just message me.  This is because shipping is included in prices.

Priority Mail normally takes 2 to 3 days but may take up to one full week to reach you. Every package shipped now comes with $50 insurance and a tracking number standard for Priority Mail.  I will try to package it in one shipment

FEDEX will cost extra and I will have to add that on to your charge, but if that is your preferred method then just let me know on check out!  Fed Ex transit time varies based on your zone and the method, your order will have an estimate of the transit times when you check out. 2-Day Air orders placed before noon (PST) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the following business day. Fed Ex 2 Day Air and regular ground does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Damaged or Missing Orders: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of your package. If your package is the wrong items, please send an email or call to explain the incorrect order.  Please call us within one week of receipt, or one week from when you were supposed to receive it and we will gladly handle all of the claim paperwork and help to get you a refund or replacement.  If the item If it has been longer than one week I cannot refund nor replace any items of that order.  Please call us immediately at 501-676-8093 and/or email us at lenajeannecosmetics@gmail.com.  I cannot except any packages once open due to safe handling procedures and contamination issues.

BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs

Satisfaction:  I cannot guarantee satisfaction.  My products are unique and handcrafted.  They are biochemically designed using the latest cell biology, cosmetic chemistry, and molecular biology knowledge.  However, if you are not completely satisfied, please send me a detailed email explaining why you are not, and what the expected outcome you are wanting within one week, 7 days of receiving a product.  I cannot take any products back, you may keep what you have.  After reviewing the complaint, we may come upon a fair agreement, unless it is after 7 days.

 

International Shipping:  At this moment I do not routinely ship to overseas, except on a case by case basis.  

Turnaround: Due to the amount of volume of orders turn around time from time of order placement and payment is approximately 10 days to date of shipping, but can be as long as 14 days depending on order.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Because of our dedication to fast turnaround times, cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders can only be accepted within 8 hours of order placement. Orders that are cancelled after packing for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please email your changes as soon as possible to lenajeannecosmetics@gmail.com. During regular business hours (M-F 9am-4pm) you may call us at 501-676-8093. Have your credit card information ready for speedy service! If you get the answering machine, please leave a message with your order number and full information for what you wish to have changed. Be sure to leave your phone number too.

Placing orders: Feel free to use our online shopping cart, located throughout the site.  If you’re having problems with the cart, you are welcome to phone in your order. Our toll free phone number is 501-676-8093.

Minimum Orders: We do not have a minimum order amount and you are welcome to order as little, or as much, as you want.

Payment methods: We accept  PayPal (paypal now accepts all major credit cards), money orders, cash on hand delivery, and personal checks.  However, the products will not be delivered until the personal check clears.

 

 

Credit Cards: If your card is declined, LenaJeanne Cosmetics will send an email (to the address associated with the declined order) to let you know. Often it is due to an incorrect address or security code. We take our customer’s security very seriously and for that reason we require the exact billing address and security codes for all of our credit card transactions. Please note that our transit and turnaround times begin after we have received valid payment information, not at the time the order was placed.

PayPal: Paying by E-Check through PayPal takes additional days to clear than standard PayPal payments. We will hold your order until the payment has cleared.

Product Testing: We do not test on animals.

Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS): We are happy to provide the MSDS to our customers for any of our products.

Samples: We do not ship samples, independent of orders. Offering “Free” Samples (and shipping for those samples) merely means that the cost will be absorbed into our product line, raising the prices. We offer affordable 2 oz. sizes, perfect for testing. We do not have a minimum order and are happy to include one ½ ounce sample with every order placed.

Sniffy Samples: If you’re interested in receiving a sniffy of any of our fragrance oils, (an absorbent cotton strip, dipped in fragrance, and sealed in a mini Ziploc baggie) please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with the fragrance you’d like to smell written on a note inside. Please send a SASE for each scent you are interested in (so as not to co-mingle the scents) and keep in mind that all fragrances smell different in the final product so for best test results, take advantage of the small 2 oz. sizes we offer for purchase of the fragrances. Because of the extra labor involved, please do not request sniffy samples with your actual order. You are welcome to request a free ½ oz. sample of fragrance with your order, however. Please note that we cannot offer free samples of essential oils.

Please if you have any allergies, inform me:  LenaJeanne Cosmetics LLC is NOT responsible for any allergic reaction,skin reaction, and/or systemic reaction to any products on this website.  Please contact me at lenajeannecosmetics@gmail.com to discuss your skin and your specific needs if  you have any questions.  There are nut products in the area that all products are produced in including nut oils.  It’s important to try every product on a very small area of skin..I suggest a 1inch square…wait 24hrs and look at the area to see if there has been a reaction discontinue usage….reactions can still occur after that.
